Vanguard Health Systems is devoted to the highest standard of compliance and ethics.  A stringent corporate compliance program is in place, led by a compliance specialist with more than 20 years of experience.  A Corporate Compliance Hotline has been established so that concerns can be reported anonymously and all Vanguard employees have completed a comprehensive compliance training program.

Consistent with Vanguard’s standard of ethics, all employees of affiliate hospitals will complete Vanguard’s compliance training program and will have access to the Corporate Compliance Hotline.  On-going training will be provided, covering new developments in the healthcare industry.  These compliance measures have the complete support of senior management at Vanguard, where personal and corporate integrity are a part of day-to-day business.
